This procedure allows rights holders to report alleged intellectual property infringement in ExamAlly content.

1. CogniHex intellectual property

CogniHex owns or licenses ExamAlly content, software, analytics, question bank, solutions, branding, and trade marks. Users receive only a limited personal licence for private study.

2. Reporting a complaint

• Email contact@cognihex.com with subject line “IP Complaint - ExamAlly”.
• Include your contact details, description of the work infringed, URL or question ID, and evidence of ownership or authority to act.

3. Review process

CogniHex will review complaints in good faith and may remove, disable, modify, or retain material depending on the merits of the complaint.

4. User misuse

CogniHex may act against users who copy, distribute, scrape, or train AI on ExamAlly content, including suspension or termination where lawful.
